We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:
– Items must be unused and in their original condition
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– Custom tattoo designs and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return:

Option A: Physically bring the product back to the store for an immediate refund.
Option B: Email us at cacilhastattoo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you choose to bring the product back to the store, we refund you in cash on the spot.
